Refund policy

At Flerich, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we have a strict "Check on Delivery" policy.

1. Important: Check While the Delivery Man is Present

We request all our customers to thoroughly check the product (size, color, and quality) while the delivery person from Steadfast or Pathao is still at your premises.

  • If you find any issue: You can return the product immediately to the delivery man.
  • Our Policy: Once the delivery person leaves your location, no returns, exchanges, or refund claims will be accepted.

2. Return Conditions

You may return a product at the time of delivery if:

  • The product has a visible defect or damage.
  • The wrong size or color was delivered.
  • The product does not match the description on our website.

3. Refund Policy

  • Immediate Return: If you return the product to the delivery man, any advance payment (minus shipping charges) will be refunded to your original payment method (bKash/Nagad/Bank) within 5-7 working days.
  • After Delivery: As per our policy, we do not offer refunds or returns once the delivery is successfully completed and the delivery person has left.

4. Change of Mind

If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind at the time of delivery, you must pay the Delivery Charge to the delivery person, and the product must be returned in its original, unused condition with all tags attached.
